A Busy Sunday

Last Sunday was KV & JD Annual Graduation & Concert. This was the final year for KV but first time for JD whose were participated in this concert. Next year KV will be in Primary One. This event was held at Bukit Jalil Golf Club.


In the morning about 7.30am, I sent KV & JD to the venue for preparation & makeup. The event was started at 9.30am with buffet breakfast and the performance began at 9.45am.


These two pretty girls whose were the MC. They are a primary student. KV was performed in the first dance together with a group of 5 & 6 yrs old students. The dance titled 'Back to the Future". This dance had won the 2nd prize in the Smart Kids Competition 2008 as well as performed in the Royal Charity Dinner and was witnessed by to the King.
JD was performed in the 3rd dance - Alisan Dance. This was the only dance performed by 3 yrs old students.
KV performed another dance - Indiance Dance. She and her partner were giving a short speech before the dance.
KV received the Maths Star Award from her principal Ms. Annie.
The 12 awarded students lined up on stage. Every subject was awarded to two students, the subjects are BM, English, Mandarin, Maths, Writing & Public Speaking.
The concert was finished at 12.30pm. After the concert, KV rushed to attend the 4th CMA Mental & Arithmetic Competition which was held at Sri Kembangan. After the competition, we went home to let KV has a rest and bath. After that, we returned back to the competition venue to wait for the result. The result was announced around 4.30pm. KV won the 2nd prize in On-Line practises. KV won the 1st Prize in the category of Mental Arithmetic - Grade 7. All the Champions from each grade posed with Ms.Ivy (The CEO of CMA-M'sia) and Master Tai (The founder of CMA).
KV won another 1st Prize. This was from the category of Abacus Arithmetic - Grade 9. KV posed with her 3 trophies.

What a hectic Sunday! KV has a lot of stage experience by now! JD is super cute in the alishan dance! congrats to KV for her trophies! You must be very happy and proud of your little girl and boy :-) Such darlings!

Yah! Really a hectic Sunday. This kindergarten gave lots of stage experience to their students. Next time, I hope to see JD on stage more often and make him more confidence.
